Altos Computing Inc., a subsidiary of Acer, showcased its brand-new lineup of AI servers at COMPUTEX 2025, presenting a series of high-performance computing platforms designed for AI model training, fine-tuning, inference, and deployment of generative AI agents. These new systems are built to fully meet the diverse requirements of today’s AI and high-performance computing (HPC) data centers. The next-generation server portfolio from Altos supports the NVIDIA HGX™ B200 platform, the modular NVIDIA MGX™ architecture, and systems powered by the latest Intel^® Xeon^® 6 processors and AMD EPYC™ 9005 series processors. All models are seamlessly integrated with Altos aiWorks, the company’s proprietary AI computing platform. In addition to continued innovation in AI computing infrastructure, Altos also announced a strategic partnership with PUFsecurity, a subsidiary of eMemory, to enhance cybersecurity protection in AI servers. This collaboration delivers products that combine exceptional performance with enterprise-grade security.

• Altos BrainSphere™ R880 F6: Built for large language model training, generative AI inference, and HPC workloads. Built on the NVIDIA HGX™ B200 8-GPU system and NVIDIA NVLink™ interconnect, it delivers up to 1800 GB/s GPU-to-GPU bandwidth. The system features next-generation air-cooling, supports dual 5th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors, and accommodates up to 4TB DDR5 memory and PCIe Gen5 storage—accelerating model training and generative AI deployment.
• Altos BrainSphere™ R780 F7: Designed for multimodal AI inference, industrial AI, scientific computing and visual computing workloads. Based on the NVIDIA MGX™ architecture, it supports flexible GPU configurations with up to eight NVIDIA L40S, NVIDIA H200 NVL, or NVIDIA RTX PRO™ 6000 Blackwell Server Edition PCIe GPUs. It also supports dual Intel Xeon 6 processors, up to 4TB DDR5 memory, and up to 20 E1.S PCIe Gen5 NVMe SSDs, delivering the performance and scalability required for diverse AI workloads.
• Altos BrainSphere™ R385 F6: Optimized for edge AI, virtualization, and advanced data analytics, this compact 2U high-density server supports AMD EPYC™ 9005 series processors and up to two L40S or RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs. With flexible storage options, it's ideal for private and hybrid cloud deployments in mid-to-large enterprises, offering space-efficient computing that accelerates AI and data-driven applications.

The new BrainSphere™ server series is supercharged with NVIDIA accelerated networking platforms, including NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet, NVIDIA Quantum InfiniBand and NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPUs.

Security and Performance in One Platform

During the event, Altos announced its collaboration with PUFsecurity, integrating its PUF-based Crypto Accelerator (PUFxlr)—based on NeoPUF technology—into the Altos BrainSphere™ server line. This hardware-based security module delivers modular and flexible cryptographic capabilities. The partnership highlights the combined technical strengths of both companies in AI and cybersecurity, empowering enterprises to build digital infrastructure that excels in both performance and protection.
